The data you store on your Kletta is stored on Amazon Web Services (AWS), the world’s leading provider of cloud computing services. So you can be confident that your data will be preserved even if the Kletta system experiences a temporary glitch.
The accounts should show the income and expenditure for the whole VAT period, including VAT. Therefore, to avoid double entries, it would be a good idea to take the balance for the first year from the old accounts, ending at the end of the previous VAT period.
