More journeys with GPS locator

Turn on the Kleta GPS function before you set off and it will automatically track your journey.
The GPS records the starting point, intermediate stops, end point and duration of the journey.

More trips afterwards

Enter the trip details manually: starting point, end point, stops, trip purpose and duration.
It’s especially useful if you remember your trip later.

If you use the vehicle for more than 50% of your commuting:

The vehicle is automatically added to the company’s assets.
Depreciation and charges: Kleta is used to calculate the annual depreciation of 25% plus fuel, maintenance and spare parts.
The share of personal travel is automatically deducted on the basis of commuting.

If you use the vehicle for less than 50% of your commuting:

You will automatically receive mileage reimbursements for tax deductions, in 2025 the reimbursement will be 59 cents per kilometre.
